The number one skill for a property manager to possess

Gone are the days of pitching the landlord against the tenant

Does this sound familiar? Let’s cut straight to the point – when this happens it usually comes down to the person in the middle lacking the skills to confidently understand the situation from both sides.  How does this happen?

The property manager usually is under-supported in their role and are stressed out to their eyeballs managing too many properties. They just want the problem to go away.

The end result should always be kept in mind:  We want a home’s quality maintained for the landlord.  The landlord wants their home cared for and an income to continue.  A tenant wants a safe and secure home to live in. Sounds like the same goal to us.

Let’s communicate!
