Hi there. I’m the letterbox.
I’ve been standing proudly at 18 Leach Street since the 80s though I suspect the house behind me might have been here a little longer. I’m the first to greet visitors, the silent witness to decades of family milestones, and the loyal receiver of everything from electricity bills to birthday cards scrawled in crayon.
This street? It’s special. Quiet, no-through, and once the racetrack for the most competitive go-kart championships you’ve never seen televised. From my perch, I’ve watched kids grow up, neighbours grow close, and dusk settle in with the scent of dinner wafting down from a dozen kitchens.

Close to parks, bike tracks, schools, shops and the CBD. There’s a reason families have stayed here for generations. Mine did. Until now.
It’s time for a new chapter, and a new someone to check the mail, collect the memories, and call this place home.
