Real estate has never been about property for Natalie. It’s always been about people. Property simply happens to be where those relationships create life-changing outcomes
The best sales don’t begin with negotiation. They begin with understanding people
Long before Natalie stepped into real estate, she’d spent a lifetime learning the skills that would ultimately define her real estate career

At just fifteen years of age, Natalie began what would become a twelve-year career in hairdressing in the inner-west. More than learning a trade, she learnt how to build trust, create lifelong relationships and understand people from every walk of life – skills that continue to shape the way she represents her clients today.
Her career later took her to QANTAS at the Brisbane International Airport, where attention to detail in a highly regulated industry, calm decision-making and exceptional service earned her a Service Above and Beyond (SAAB) Award, nominated by her fellow staff at the domestic terminal and customer airline representatives she supported. She then spent almost a decade supporting students in school inclusivity, developing the empathy, adaptability and patience to understand what people needed – not simply what they were saying.
Growing up in a hardworking family in Brisbane’s north-west with a big brother, Natalie developed an appreciation for hard work, resilience, determination and creating something to be proud of.
- Those years gave Natalie far more than renovation experience. They gave her a genuine appreciation of what it means to buy, sell and create a home, along with an instinctive understanding for how presenting a property, influences the decisions buyers make. -
She purchased her first home at just twenty-two and, through disciplined living and an unwavering belief in creating value, paid it off within five years. From there came a series of personal property journeys in the Samford Valley (a community she immersed her family in and loved) – relocating and renovating a Queenslander onto acreage, building a family home in the Village, returning to acreage and thoughtfully improving every home along the way.
Those years gave Natalie far more than renovation experience. They gave her a genuine appreciation of what it means to buy, sell and create a home, along with an instinctive understanding for how presenting a property, influences the decisions buyers make.

Today, Natalie combines that lived experience with a deep understanding of buyer behaviour to create campaigns that connect through considered preparation to digital marketing – every decision is purposeful, designed to tell the home’s story, create emotion and connection, and achieve its highest potential.

Now based in Mitchelton with her two amazing adult daughters and much-loved four-legged family member, Natalie combines decades of understanding people with years of personal property experience to underpin a strong real estate career built on integrity, communication, strong representation, and unwavering determination to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Not through pressure or clever sales techniques, but through trust. Buyers feel understood. Sellers feel genuinely represented. And when people feel understood, they’re far more confident making life’s biggest decisions.
For Natalie, real estate has never been about selling homes. It’s about understanding the people who love them, the people who’ll buy them, and earning the trust of both along the way.
