How to boost buyer interest

Sell my house! But wait, I just need to….

We aren’t giving away all our secrets to the online world.  And lets be honest, each house has something a very bit different to the next.  So the value of engaging as estate agent that is local to your area and deeply knows the buyer requirements for the best result, will tailor their advice to each client and property.  But… here are the fundamentals to begin:

Presentation – if there are two properties to be sold that are exactly the same location, exactly the same floor plan, there is nothing that tells them apart other than presentation, it is proven the home that is better presented will ALWAYS sell for more.  That is the home that is selling the dream and the story that your buyer WANTS – TO – LIVE!!  How can you make your home project this?

Social media advertising – we don’t profess to know how the magical algorithms work, however we can see the data and the feet-through-door effect on how well they work. Ensuring your agency has a strong understanding of the difference between boosting and retargeting is a great start, and do they have an elite ads manager outside of the company to lean on should they need more advice?

Preventative maintenance – the areas you can keep maintained along the course of living and enjoying your home, will be minimal when it comes time to selling.  The most common areas are timber rot, termites and damage and mould.  If you live in an area like we do, luxurious green gardens are a must so allow lots of time before you launch to start nurturing your green thumb!
